Choose your first and last photographs
Write down the earliest and latest moments you want recorded. If your priorities begin with the ceremony and end with portraits, your needs will differ from a day that begins with preparations and ends on the dance floor.
Next, place those moments on the actual schedule. Include movement between locations, time to gather family and breaks. Coverage hours cannot be judged from the number of events alone.
Use the packages as a starting point
- Basic — up to 4 hours: focused coverage for a shorter celebration or selected part of the day.
- Essential — up to 6 hours: ceremony, portraits and some reception moments, where the schedule allows.
- Signature — up to 8 hours: more room for preparations and a broader account of the day.
- Full Day — up to 10 hours: extended coverage across preparations and reception.
- Full Day Archive — up to 12 hours: the longest collection, useful when important moments span more of the day.
Account for the time between events
Two locations may require more than the journey itself: gathering people, parking and getting everyone ready again take time. A longer family photo list also needs space in the schedule. Decide which groupings matter most and appoint someone who knows the people to help gather them.
These coverage examples do not guarantee that particular events fit. A six-hour window could contain very different moments depending on ceremony time, travel and reception plans.
Check the plan before choosing
Send your ceremony time, reception schedule, locations and must-have moments with your inquiry. If you need a different arrangement, Custom coverage is $299 per hour + HST for 1–12 hours.
Use the wedding timeline guide to organize those details, then compare package inclusions as well as hours.
