Start with the coverage you need
For Sahara Studios, wedding collections start at $1,249 + HST for Basic, with up to four hours of coverage. Custom coverage is $299 per hour + HST for 1–12 hours. These are Sahara Studios’ current prices, not an Ottawa-wide average.
A useful budget begins with your priorities: the first moment you want photographed, the last event you want covered, and how much time sits between them. Location changes and portrait plans also affect the amount of coverage you need.

Read the inclusions alongside the price
Basic through Full Day Archive include one professional photographer, edited high-resolution photos, a private online gallery, sneak peeks within 48 hours and full delivery within 2–8 weeks. These five collections include the Sahara Studios Wedding Guide. Signature, Full Day and Full Day Archive also include a complimentary 2–3 hour engagement session.
Custom includes one professional photographer and 100+ images per hour. Do not assume an hourly option has every inclusion of a collection; compare the listed terms before choosing.
Plan the complete budget
The listed tax rate is 13% HST. Optional engagement sessions and rehearsal coverage are each $299 per hour + HST. Include your venue and any location changes in the inquiry so travel can be planned. View the current packages and little extras for the complete offer.
For example, Basic plus the listed 13% HST totals $1,411.37 before any additional agreed charges. A useful comparison considers coverage, deliverables and total cost together.
